What's included in the subscription?

Each service subscription includes the core features, Campaign Scheduler, analytics, and support. Third-party charges (WhatsApp, SMS, RCS) are billed separately by providers.

Who pays for WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS messages? Third-Party

WhatsApp conversation fees are billed by Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API). SMS and RCS charges are billed by telecom carriers. These are separate from your THEITBULLS subscription.

Can I switch between individual services and bundles?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your services at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is Campaign Scheduler included with every service?

Yes! Campaign Scheduler is included with every service at no additional cost. You can schedule campaigns across any channel you're subscribed to.

When will Voice API be available?

Voice API is currently in development and will be available in Q2 2025. You can join the waitlist to get notified when it launches.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees. All plans include free onboarding support.
