  • Failures or delays caused by these third-party services
  • Changes in their policies (e.g., Google, AWS, SendGrid, etc.) that may impact your usage or deliverability

To protect our platform, services, and users, you agree not to misuse, abuse, or engage in prohibited activities while using The It Bulls services. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination without notice or refund.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to:

  • Promote or share illegal, obscene, or hate-related material
  • Abuse resources (e.g., flood our servers or APIs)
  • Violate Google's Bulk Emails Sender Guidelines or any anti-spam regulation
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Impersonate other users, brands, or organizations

Email Sending Rules

If you use our Email Automation Service:

  • You must have consent from all recipients
  • You must provide a working unsubscribe link in your emails
  • You are responsible for your sending reputation and compliance with anti-spam laws
  • Your account may be suspended immediately if flagged by our systems or third-party spam filters

API and Hosting Limits

You agree not to:

  • Abuse API rate limits
  • Use hosting services for adult content, warez, or pirated software
  • Upload malicious code or unauthorized scripts
  • Host phishing pages or redirect traffic in deceptive ways

Policy Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in:

  • Account warning or limitation
  • Immediate suspension or ban
  • Referral to law enforcement when required
  • No refund for terminated accounts
