Refund Policy

At The It Bulls, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality services including Email Automation Solutions, REST API development, website design, and hosting. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any service.

Free Trial Policy

We offer a trial period for specific services (such as the emailer platform or APIs), allowing you to evaluate functionality before making a payment.

  • After the trial period ends, you will be required to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service.
  • Once a payment is made after the trial, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

All of the following services are non-refundable once purchased:

  • Email Automation Service packages
  • REST API setup and usage fees
  • Website design and development fees
  • Hosting charges (monthly/yearly)

These services involve time, resources, and third-party infrastructure, and as such, are not eligible for refund after purchase.

Emailer Service Compliance & Account Suspension

Our Email Automation platform is subject to strict anti-spam and compliance rules, including but not limited to Google's Mass emails Sender Guidelines and other global anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

If we detect misuse, including spamming, sending unsolicited emails, or violating recipient consent rules:
  • Your account may be suspended without prior notice.
  • No refund will be issued for any unused credits or paid plans.
  • Repeated violations may result in permanent termination of access to the email platform.

We reserve the right to reject or suspend any campaign that violates these standards or harms our platform's IP/domain reputation.

Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction here. We will review your request and provide a decision, but the outcome is at our sole discretion and based on our usage logs and service history.

Service Delivery Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You are charged mistakenly for a service you never used and
  • Refunds will be automatically credited on your original payment method within 7 business days

Even then, refunds will only be issued after internal verification, and may take up to 14 working days to process.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are posted on this page.
